About the Secretariat

The secretariat is the central hub of the Brabantsedag organization. It supports the board and committees, staffs the visitor information desk, and manages emails, mail, and phone calls. The secretariat is also responsible for administration and the management of the Brabantsedag office, located at ’t Perron. As the foundation’s front office, the secretariat operates as a job-sharing position. During the peak period surrounding Brabantsedag, volunteer support is available to assist the secretariat.

What We Offer

We offer an interesting, dynamic volunteer position at the heart of the Heeze community. You will have responsibility and flexibility to manage the secretariat together with your job-sharing volunteer partner. A volunteer stipend is provided in line with the tax authority's guidelines. You will dedicate approximately 6 to 7 hours per week on average.

Who Are We Looking For?

The Brabantsedag Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer with the following profile:

- You have a passion for Brabantsedag;

- You are customer-friendly and decisive;

- You have experience with common office software (Office) on the computer;

- You are precise and handle (personal) information carefully;

- You are available during the day for one or two shifts per week to staff the office and to take minutes at an evening meeting approximately once a month;

- You are extra available during the peak weeks leading up to Brabantsedag.
